Basic Policy on Information Disclosure
The Company's policy is to disclose important company information, based on the "timely disclosure rules" of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. With regard to information to which the "timely disclosure rules" do not apply, the Company actively performs impartial disclosure whenever it determines it would assist shareholders, investors and other stakeholders to better understand the Company.
Information Disclosure Methods
The information covered by the "timely disclosure rules" is provided through the TDnet (Timely Disclosure network) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and released through press clubs in the Tokyo area and in Ube City. The information disclosed is also quickly posted on the Company web site.
The information not covered by the "timely disclosure rules" is disclosed through the Company web site and the media in a full and impartial manner.
