Dividend Policy
We recognize the payment of dividends to shareholders as an important responsibility for our corporation, and it is our fundamental policy to pay dividends at a level commensurate with our earnings results. At the same time, we must also bear in mind the need to maintain adequate level of retained earnings in order to secure profits for shareholders over the medium- and long-term. Our dividend policy is formulated based on these overall considerations.
