Donations to Watanabe Memorial Book Collection and Watanabe Culture Association Picture Book Collection

The Watanabe Memorial Culture Association made donations in the amount of \300,000 and \500,000 respectively to the Watanabe Memorial Book Collection and Watanabe Culture Association Picture Book Collection housed in the Ube City Library. A ceremony was held at the Ube City Hall, during which Chairman Michio Takeshita presented celebratory envelopes to Kimiko Kubota, mayor of Ube City. The mayor in turn presented Takeshita with a certification of appreciation and thanked the Watanabe Memorial Culture Association for its longstanding contributions.
