UBE Group Employees Participate in Ube Festival

A large contingent of around 1,000 Group employees and their families took part in the 68th Ube Festival in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The UBE Group contingent, wearing matching traditional happi coats, walked and danced in the main parade and energetically called out to the festival goers. At the back of the parade, employees of Ube Material Industries performed a dragon dance that was enjoyed by the crowds on the side of the road.
